எலெயாசாரின் புத்திரரிலும் இத்தாமாரின் புத்திரரிலும், பரிசுத்த ஸ்தலத்துக்கும், தேவனுக்கு அடுத்த காரியங்களில் பிரபுக்களாயிருக்கும்படிக்கும், இவர்களுக்கும் அவர்களுக்கும் வித்தியாசம்பண்ணாமல் சீட்டுப்போட்டு அவர்களை வகுத்தார்கள்.

எலெயாசாரின் சந்ததியாரிலும் இத்தாமாரின் சந்ததியாரிலும், பரிசுத்த இடத்திற்கும், தேவனுக்கு அடுத்த காரியங்களில் பிரபுக்களாக இருக்கும்படி, இவர்களுக்கும் அவர்களுக்கும் வித்தியாசம்செய்யாமல் சீட்டுப்போட்டு அவர்களைப் பிரித்தார்கள்.

ஒவ்வொரு குடும்பத்தில் இருந்தும் ஆண்கள் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டனர். அவர்கள் குலுக்கல் முறையில் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டனர். சிலர் பரிசுத்த இடத்தின் பொறுப்புக்காகத் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டனர். மற்றவர்கள் ஆசாரியர்களாக சேவைசெய்ய தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டனர். இவர்கள் அனைவரும் எலெயாசார், இத்தாமார் ஆகிய வம்சங்களில் இருந்து வந்தனர்.
