1 நாளாகமம் 25:6
இவர்கள் அனைவரும் ராஜாவுடைய கட்டளைப்பிரமாணமாய்க் கர்த்தருடைய ஆலயத்தில் தாளங்கள் தம்புருகள் சுரமண்டலங்களாகிய கீதவாத்தியம் வாசிக்க, தேவனுடைய ஆலயத்தின் ஊழியமாக அவரவர் தங்கள் தங்கள் தகப்பன்மாராகிய ஆசாப் எதுத்தூன், ஏமான் என்பவர்கள் வசத்தில் இருந்தார்கள்.

ஏமான் தன் மகன்களை ஆலயத்தில் பாடுவதற்குப் பயிற்சிகொடுத்தான். அவர்கள் சுரமண்டலங்கள், தம்புருக்கள், கைத்தாளங்கள் போன்றவற்றைப் பயன்படுத்தினார்கள். இவ்வாறு அவர்கள் தேவாலயத்தில் பணிசெய்தனர். தாவீது அரசன் அவர்களைத் தேர்ந்தெடுத்தான்.
