ஆசாரியரில் எல்லா ஆண்பிள்ளைகளுக்கும் லேவியருக்குள்ளே அட்டவணையில் எழுதப்பட்டவர்கள் எல்லாருக்கும் படிகொடுக்க, ஆசாரியருடைய ஒவ்வொரு பட்டணத்துக்கடுத்த வெளிநிலங்களிலும் ஆரோன் புத்திரரில் பேர்பேராகக் குறிக்கப்பட்ட மனுஷர் இருந்தார்கள்.

ஆசாரியர்களில் அனைத்து ஆண்பிள்ளைகளுக்கும் லேவியர்களுக்குள்ளே அட்டவணையில் எழுதப்பட்டவர்கள் எல்லோருக்கும் சம்பளம் கொடுக்க, ஆசாரியர்களுடைய ஒவ்வொரு பட்டணத்தைச்சார்ந்த வெளிநிலங்களிலும் ஆரோன் வம்சத்தாரில் பேர்பேராகக் குறிக்கப்பட்ட மனிதர்கள் இருந்தார்கள்.

ஆசாரியர்களாகிய ஆரோனின் சந்ததியினர்களில் சிலர் லேவியர்கள் குடியிருக்கிற நகரங்களின் அருகில் வயல்களை வைத்திருந்தனர். நகரங்களில் ஆரோனின் சந்ததியினர் மேலும் சிலர் வாழ்ந்தனர். இவர்களின் பெயர்களைத் தேர்ந்தெடுத்து இந்த ஆரோனின் சந்ததியினருக்கும் அவர்களுக்குரிய பங்குப் பொருள்கள் கொடுக்கப்பட்டது. லேவியர்களில் அனைத்து ஆண்பிள்ளைகளுக்கும் அட்டவணையில் எழுதப்பட்டவர்களுக்கும் பங்கு கொடுக்கப்பட்டது.
