உம்முடைய தேவனாகிய கர்த்தருக்கு முன்பாக நீர் ராஜாவாயிருக்கும்படிக்கு, உம்மைத் தம்முடைய சிங்காசனத்தின்மேல் வீற்றிருக்கப்பண்ண, உம்மேல் பிரியங்கொண்ட உம்முடைய தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் ஸ்தோத்திரிக்கப்படுவாராக; உம்முடைய தேவன் இஸ்ரவேலை என்றென்றைக்கும் நிலைநிறுத்தும்படிக்குச் சிநேகிக்கிறதினாலே, அவர் நியாயமும் நீதியும்செய்கிறதற்கு உம்மை அவர்கள்மேல் ராஜாவாக வைத்தார் என்றாள்

உங்கள் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தரைத் துதிப்போம். அவர் உங்களால் மகிழ்கிறார். தமது சிங்காசனத்தில் உங்களை அமரச்செய்திருக்கிறார். உங்கள் தேவன் இஸ்ரவேலின் மீது அன்பு வைத்திருக்கிறார். அவர் என்றென்றும் இஸ்ரவேலுக்கு உதவுகிறார். இதனால்தான், நியாயமானதையும் சரியானதையும் செய்வதற்காக கர்த்தர் உங்களை இஸ்ரவேலின் அரசனாக்கியுள்ளார்” என்றாள்.
