யோவாஸ் ஆசாரியர்களிடம், “கர்த்தருடைய ஆலயத்தில் அதிக பணம் இருக்கிறது. ஜனங்கள் கர்த்தருடைய ஆலயத்திற்கு பரிசுத்தக் காணிக்கையாகப் பணம் கொண்டு வந்திருக்கிறார்கள். ஆலய வரி மற்றும் தம் விருப்பம்போல் கணக்குப் பார்க்கப்படும் பொழுதெல்லாம் அவர்கள் அதை செலுத்தியுள்ளார்கள். மற்றும் தம் விருப்பம்போலவும் பணம் தருகின்றனர். ஆசாரியர்களாகிய நீங்கள் உங்களுக்கு அறிமுகமான ஒவ்வொருவரிடமிருந்தும் அவற்றைப் பெற்றுக்கொள்ள வேண்டும். மேலும் அப்பணத்தைக் கொண்டுத் தேவையான இடத்தில் ஆலயப்பணி செய்யவேண்டும்” என்றான்.
