கர்த்தர் இந்த ராஜாவை வாதித்ததினால், அவன் தன் மரணநாள்மட்டும் குஷ்டரோகியாயிருந்து, தனித்து ஒரு வீட்டிலே வாசம்பண்ணினான்; ராஜாவின் குமாரனாகிய யோதாம் அரமனை விசாரிப்புக்காரனாயிருந்து, தேசத்தின் ஜனங்களை நியாயம் விசாரித்தான்.

கர்த்தர் இந்த ராஜாவை வாதித்ததால், அவன் தன் மரணநாள்வரை தொழுநோயாளியாக இருந்து, தனித்து ஒரு வீட்டிலே குடியிருந்தான்; ராஜாவின் மகனாகிய யோதாம் அரண்மனை விசாரிப்புக்காரனாயிருந்து, தேசத்தின் மக்களை நியாயம் விசாரித்தான்.

அசரியாவிற்குத் தொழுநோய் வரும்படி கர்த்தர் செய்தார். மரிக்கும்வரை இவன் தொழுநோயாளியாகவே இருந்தான். இவன் தனி வீட்டில் வாழ்ந்தான். இவனது மகனான யோதாம், அரண்மனையின் பொறுப்பை ஏற்றுக்கொண்டு, ஜனங்களை நியாயம்தீர்த்து வந்தான்.
