அப்பொழுது எலிசா விண்ணப்பம் பண்ணி: கர்த்தாவே, இவன் பார்க்கும்படி இவன் கண்களைத் திறந்தருளும் என்றான்; உடனே கர்த்தர் அந்த வேலைக்காரன் கண்களைத் திறந்தார்; இதோ, எலிசாவைச் சுற்றிலும் அக்கினிமயமான குதிரைகளாலும் இரதங்களாலும் அந்த மலை நிறைந்திருக்கிறதை அவன் கண்டான்.

அப்பொழுது எலிசா விண்ணப்பம்செய்து: கர்த்தாவே, இவன் பார்க்கும்படி இவனுடைய கண்களைத் திறந்தருளும் என்றான்; உடனே கர்த்தர் அந்த வேலைக்காரனுடைய கண்களைத் திறந்தார்; இதோ, எலிசாவைச்சுற்றிலும் அக்கினிமயமான குதிரைகளாலும் இரதங்களாலும் அந்த மலை நிறைந்திருக்கிறதை அவன் கண்டான்.

Tamil Easy Reading Version
பிறகு அவன் ஜெபம் செய்து “கர்த்தாவே! என் வேலைக்காரனின் கண்ணை திறந்துவிடும். அதனால் அவன் கண்டுகொள்வான்” என்று வேண்டிக்கொண்டான். அந்த வேலைக்காரனின் கண்களை கர்த்தர் திறந்தார். அவன் பார்த்தபோது, மலை முழுவதும் படை வீரர்களும் குதிரைகளும் இரதங்களும் நிற்பதைப் பார்த்தான் அவர்கள் எலிசாவை சுற்றியிருந்தனர்!
