யெஸ்ரயேலில் கோபுரத்தின்மேல் நிற்கிற ஜாமக்காரன், யெகூவின் கூட்டம் வருகிறதைக் கண்டு: ஒரு கூட்டத்தைக் காண்கிறேன் என்றான். அப்பொழுது யோராம்: நீ ஒரு குதிரைவீரனைக் கூப்பிட்டு, அவர்களுக்கு எதிராக அனுப்பிச் சமாதானமா என்று கேட்கச்சொல் என்றான்.

ஒரு காவல்காரன் யெஸ்ரயேல் நகரக் கோபுரத்தின் மீது நின்று பார்த்தான். யெகூவின் பெரிய கூட்டம் வருவதைக் கவனித்து, “ஒரு பெருங்கூட்டத்தைப் பார்க்கிறேன்” என்றான். யோராம், “சிலரைக் குதிரையில் அனுப்பி அவர்களை சந்தித்து. அவர்கள் சமாதானத்தோடு வருகிறார்களா என்று விசாரியுங்கள்” என்றான்.
