முப்பது தலைவருக்குள்ளே இந்தமூன்றுபேரும் அறுப்புநாளிலே அதுல்லாம் கெபியிலே தாவீதிடத்தில் போயிருந்தார்கள்; பெலிஸ்தரின் தண்டு ரெப்பாயீம் பள்ளத்தாக்கிலே பாளயமிறங்கினபோது,

ஒரு முறை, தாவீது அதுல்லாம் குகையில் இருந்தான் பெலிஸ்தரின் படை ரெப்பாயீம் பள்ளத்தாக்கில் இருந்தது. முப்பது பெரும் வீரர்களில் மூன்று பேர் நிலத்தில் தவழ்ந்தவாறே சென்று தாவீது இருக்குமிடத்தை அடைந்தனர்.
