கோதுமை வாங்க வருகிறவர்கள் போல நடுவீடுமட்டும் வந்து, அவனை வயிற்றிலே குத்திப்போட்டார்கள்; பின்பு ரேகாபும் அவன் சகோதரன் பானாவும் தப்பி ஓடிப்போனார்கள்.

கோதுமை எடுக்க வந்தவர்களைப் போன்று ரேகாபும் பானாவும் வீட்டிற்குள் புகுந்தனர். படுக்கையறையில் இஸ்போசேத் சாய்ந்திருந்தான். அவனை ரேகாபும் பானாவும் குத்திக் கொன்றார்கள். பின் அவனது தலையை வெட்டி எடுத்துக் கொண்டு யோர்தான் பள்ளத்தாக்கு வழியாக இரவு முழுவதும் பயணம் செய்தனர்.
