ஆரோனை நோக்கி: எகிப்துதேசத்திலிருந்து எங்களை அழைத்துக்கொண்டுவந்த அந்த மோசேக்கு என்ன சம்பவித்ததோ அறியோம்; ஆதலால் எங்களுக்கு முன்செல்லும் தெய்வங்களை எங்களுக்கு உண்டுபண்ணும் என்று சொல்லி;

நம் தந்தையர் ஆரோனை நோக்கி, ‘மோசே நம்மை எகிப்து நாட்டிற்கு வெளியே வழி நடத்தினார். ஆனால் அவருக்கு என்ன நேர்ந்தது என்பதை நாங்கள் அறியோம். எனவே எங்களுக்கு முன்னே போகவும் எங்களுக்கு வழிகாட்டவும் சில தெய்வங்களை உண்டாக்கும்’ என்றனர்.

அவர்கள் ஆரோனை நோக்கி, ⁽“எகிப்து நாட்டினின்று எங்களை␢ நடத்தி வந்த அந்தஆள் மோசேக்கு␢ என்ன ஆயிற்றோ தெரியவில்லை.␢ எங்களை வழி நடத்தும் தெய்வங்களை நீர்␢ எங்களுக்கு உருவாக்கிக் கொடும்”⁾ என்று கேட்டார்கள்.
