மோசே இந்த நியாயப்பிரமாணத்தை எழுதி, அதைக் கர்த்தருடைய உடன்படிக்கைப் பெட்டியைச் சுமக்கிற லேவிபுத்திரரான ஆசாரியருக்கும் இஸ்ரவேலுடைய மூப்பர் எல்லாருக்கும் ஒப்புவித்து,

பிறகு மோசே போதனைகளை எழுதி ஆசாரியர்களிடம் கொடுத்தான். அந்த ஆசாரியர்கள் அனைவரும் லேவியர் கோத்திரத்தினர். அவர்கள் கர்த்தருடைய உடன்படிக்கைப் பெட்டியைத் தூக்கிச் செல்லும் வேலையை உடையவர்கள். மோசே போதனைகளை இஸ்ரவேலின் மூப்பர்கள் (தலைவர்கள்) அனைவருக்கும் கொடுத்தான்.
