அப்படியானால், நியாயப்பிரமாணம் தேவனுடைய வாக்குத்தத்தங்களுக்கு விரோதமா? அல்லவே; உயிரைக் கொடுக்கத்தக்க நியாயப்பிரமாணம் அருளப்பட்டிருந்ததானால், நீதியானது நியாயப்பிரமாணத்தினால் உண்டாயிருக்குமே.

அப்படியென்றால் நியாயப்பிரமாணம் தேவனுடைய வாக்குத்தத்தங்களுக்கு எதிரானதா? இல்லையே; நியாயப்பிரமாணம் உயிரைக் கொடுக்கக்கூடியதாக இருந்திருந்தால், நீதியானது நியாயப்பிரமாணத்தினால் உண்டாயிருக்குமே.

இதனால் சட்டம் தேவனுடைய வாக்குறுதிக்கு எதிரானவை என்று பொருள் கொள்ள முடியுமா? முடியாது. மனிதர்களுக்கு ஜீவனைக் கொடுக்கக்கூடிய ஒரு சட்டம் இருந்தால் பிறகு நாம் அதனைக் கடைப்பிடித்து வாழ்வதன் மூலமே தேவனுக்கு வேண்டியவராக முடியும்.
