மதில் சூழப்படாத கிராமங்களிலுள்ள வீடுகளோ, தேசத்தின் நிலங்கள் போலவே எண்ணப்படும்; அவைகள் மீட்கப்படலாம்; யூபிலி வருஷத்தில் அவைகள் விடுதலையாகும்.
