அப்படியே தேவனுடைய பெட்டியைக் கீரியாத்யாரீமிலிருந்து கொண்டுவரும்படி, தாவீது எகிப்தைச்சேர்ந்த கோர் நதிதுவக்கி ஆமாத்தின் எல்லைமட்டுமுள்ள இஸ்ரவேலையெல்லாங்கூட்டி,

அப்படி கர்த்தருடைய பெட்டிக்குத் தான் ஆயத்தப்படுத்தின அதின் ஸ்தலத்திற்கு அதைக் கொண்டுவரும்படி தாவீது இஸ்ரவேலையெல்லாம் எருசலேமிலே கூடிவரச்செய்தான்.

பின்பு கர்த்தருடைய உடன்படிக்கைப்பெட்டியைச் சீயோன் என்னும் தாவீதின் நகரத்திலிருந்து கொண்டுவரும்படி சாலொமோன் இஸ்ரவேலின் மூப்பரையும், கோத்திரப் பிரபுக்களாகிய இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரரின் வம்சத் தலைவரெல்லாரையும் எருசலேமிலே கூடிவரச்செய்தான்.

ராஜாவாகிய சாலொமோனும், அவனோடே கூடின இஸ்ரவேல் சபையாரனைவரும், பெட்டிக்கு முன்பாக எண்ணிக்கைக்கும் தொகைக்கும் அடங்காத ஏராளமான ஆடுமாடுகளைப் பலியிட்டார்கள்.
