யாக்கோபு வம்சம் என்று பேர்பெற்றவர்களே கர்த்தரின் ஆவி குறுகியிருக்கிறதோ? அவருடைய கிரியைகள் இவைகள்தானோ? செம்மையாய் நடக்கிறவனுக்கு என் வார்த்தைகள் நன்மை செய்யாதோ?

ஆனால் யாக்கோபின் ஜனங்களே, நான் இவற்றை கட்டாயம் சொல்ல வேண்டும். கர்த்தர் அவரது பொறுமையை இழந்துக்கொண்டிருக்கிறார். ஏனென்றால் நீங்கள் தீமை செய்திருக்கிறீர்கள். நீங்கள் சரியானபடி வாழ்ந்தால் பிறகு நான் உங்களிடம் இனிமையாகப் பேசமுடியும்.
