இஸ்ரவேல் சபையையெல்லாம் நோக்கி: உங்களுக்குச் சம்மதியும் நம்முடைய தேவனாகிய கர்த்தருக்குச் சித்தமுமாயிருந்தால், இஸ்ரவேலின் தேசங்களிலெல்லாம் இருக்கிற நம்முடைய மற்றச் சகோதரரும், அவர்களோடே தங்கள் வெளிநிலங்களில் இருக்கிற ஆசாரியரும் லேவியரும் நம்மோடே கூடும்படிக்கு நாம் சீக்கிரமாய் அவர்களிடத்துக்கு ஆளனுப்பி,

இஸ்ரவேல் சபைகளையெல்லாம் நோக்கி: உங்களுக்கு விருப்பமாகவும் நம்முடைய தேவனாகிய கர்த்தருக்கு சித்தமாகவும் இருந்தால், இஸ்ரவேலின் தேசங்களில் எல்லாம் இருக்கிற நம்முடைய மற்ற சகோதரர்களும், அவர்களோடு தங்களுடைய ஊரில் இருக்கிற ஆசாரியர்களும் லேவியர்களும் நம்மோடு சேரும்படி நாம் சீக்கிரமாக அவர்களிடம் ஆள் அனுப்பி,

பிறகு இஸ்ரவேல் ஜனங்கள் அனைவரையும் அழைத்தான். அவன் அவர்களிடம், “இது நல்ல யோசனை என்று நீங்கள் நினைத்தால், கர்த்தருடைய விருப்பமும் இருந்தால், இஸ்ரவேலின் பல்வேறு பகுதிகளிலும் உள்ள நமது சகோதரர்களுக்குச் செய்தியை அனுப்புவோம். ஆசாரியர்களுக்கும், நகரங்களிலும், வெளி நிலங்களிலும், நமது சகோதரர்களோடு வாழும் லேவியர்களுக்கும் செய்தியை அனுப்புவோம். நம்முடன் வந்து சேர்ந்துகொள்ளும்படி செய்தி அவர்களுக்குச் சொல்லப்படட்டும்.
