அவன் தாவீது ராஜாவின் சுகசெய்தியை விசாரிக்கவும், அவன் ஆதாரேசரோடு யுத்தம்பண்ணி, அவனை முறிய அடித்ததற்காக அவனுக்கு வினவுதல் சொல்லவும், தன் குமாரனாகிய அதோராமையும், பொன்னும் வெள்ளியும் வெண்கலமுமான சகலவிதத் தட்டுமுட்டுகளையும், அவனிடத்Τுக்கு அனுப்பினான்; ஆதாரேசர் தோயூவின்மேல் யுத்தம்பண்ணுகிறவனாயிருந்தான்.

அவன் தாவீது ராஜாவின் சுகசெய்தியை விசாரிக்கவும், அவன் ஆதாரேசரோடு யுத்தம்செய்து, அவனைத் தோற்கடித்ததற்காக அவனுக்கு வாழ்த்துதல் சொல்லவும், தன்னுடைய மகனாகிய அதோராமையும், பொன்னும் வெள்ளியும் வெண்கலமுமான எல்லாவித பொருட்களையும், அவனிடத்திற்கு அனுப்பினான்; ஆதாரேசர் தோயூவின்மேல் யுத்தம் செய்கிறவனாக இருந்தான்.

எனவே, தோயூ அவனது மகனான ஆதோராமை அரசன் தாவீதினிடம் அனுப்பி சமாதானத்தைத் தெரிவித்து ஆசீர்வாதத்தை வேண்டினான். தாவீது ஆதாரேசரின் படைகளுக்கு எதிராகப் போரிட்டுத் தோற்கடித்ததால் அவன் இவ்வாறு நடந்துக்கொண்டான். முன்பு போர்க்களத்தில் ஆதாரேசர் தோயூவோடு இருந்தான். ஆதோராம், தாவீதிற்குத் தங்கம், வெள்ளி, வெண்கலம் போன்றவற்றால் செய்யப்பட்டவற்றை அன்பளிப்பாகக் கொடுத்தான்.

திருவிவிலியம்
அவன் தாவீது அரசருக்கு வாழ்த்துக் கூறவும், அதரேசரோடு போரிட்டு அவன்மீது வெற்றி கொண்டதற்காக தாவீதுக்குப் பாராட்டுக் கூறவும், தன் மகன் அதோராமை அனுப்பினான். ஏனெனில், அதரேசர் அதுவரை தோகுவுடன் அடிக்கடி போரிட்டுக் கொண்டிருந்தான். மேலும், தோகு பொன், வெள்ளி, வெண்கலத்தாலான அனைத்துக் கலங்களையும் தன் மகன் மூலம் அனுப்பி வைத்தான்.
