தமஸ்குவுக்கடுத்த சீரியாவிலே தாணையங்களை வைத்தான்; சீரியர் தாவீதைச் சேவித்து அவனுக்குக் காணிக்கைகளைச் செலுத்தினார்கள்; தாவீது போன இடத்திலெல்லாம் கர்த்தர் அவனைக் காப்பாற்றினார்.
