இவர்களும் ராஜாவாகிய தாவீதுக்கும் சாதோக்குக்கும் அகிமெலேக்குக்கும் ஆசாரியரிலும் லேவியரிலும் பிதாக்களாயிருக்கிற தலைவருக்கும் முன்பாக, தங்கள் சகோதரராகிய ஆரோனின் புத்திரர் செய்ததுபோல, தங்களிலிருக்கிற பிதாக்களான தலைவருக்கும், அவர்களுடைய சிறிய சகோதரருக்கும், சரிசமானமாய்ச் சீட்டுப்போட்டுக்கொண்டார்கள்.

இவர்களும் ராஜாவாகிய தாவீதுக்கும் சாதோக்குக்கும் அகிமெலேக்குக்கும் ஆசாரியர்களிலும் லேவியர்களிலும் குடும்பத் தலைவர்களாக இருக்கிற தலைவர்களுக்கும் முன்பாக, தங்கள் சகோதரர்களாகிய ஆரோனின் சந்ததி செய்ததுபோல, தங்களில் இருக்கிற குடும்பத் தலைவர்களான தலைவர்களுக்கும், அவர்களுடைய சிறிய சகோதரர்களுக்கும் சரிசமமாக சீட்டு போட்டுக்கொண்டார்கள்.

இவர்கள் சிறப்பு வேலைகளுக்காகத் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டனர். அவர்கள் ஆசாரியர்களான தங்கள் உறவினர்களைப்போன்று, சீட்டுக் குலுக்கல் போட்டனர். ஆரோனின் சந்ததியினர் ஆசாரியரானார்கள். அரசனான தாவீது, சாதோக், அகிமெலேக், ஆசாரியர்களின் தலைவர்கள் மற்றும் லேவியர் குடும்பத்தினர் முன்னால் இவர்கள் சீட்டுக் குலுக்கல் போட்டனர். வேலைகளைத் தேர்ந்தெடுப் பதில் மூத்த வம்சத்தினரும் இளைய வம்சத்தினரும் ஒன்று போலவே நடத்தப்பட்டனர்.

இவர்களும், தங்கள் சகோதரர்களாகிய ஆரோனின் புதல்வர் செய்ததுபோல, தாவீது அரசர், சாதோக்கு, அகிமலேக்கு, குருத்துவக் குடும்பங்களின் தலைவர், லேவியர் குடும்பங்களின் தலைவர் ஆகியோர் முன்னிலையில் ஒவ்வொரு குடும்பத்தின் தலைவரும் அவர் இளைய சகோதரருள் ஒருவருமாகச் சீட்டுப் போட்டு, தங்கள் பணிகளைப் பங்கிட்டுக் கொண்டனர்.
