இப்போதும் நீங்கள் என்றென்றைக்கும் இந்த நல்ல தேசத்தைச் சுதந்தரமாய் அநுபவித்து, உங்களுக்குப்பிறகு அதை உங்கள் பிள்ளைகளுக்குச் சுதந்தமாய்ப் பின்வைக்கும்பொருட்டாக, நீங்கள் உங்கள் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தரின் கற்பனைகளையெல்லாம் கைக்கொண்டு விசாரியுங்கள் என்று கர்த்தரின் சபையாகிய இஸ்ரவேல் அனைத்தின் கண்களுக்குமுன்பாகவும், நமது தேவனுடைய செவிகேட்கவும் உங்களுக்குப் புத்திசொல்லுகிறேன்.

“இப்போது இஸ்ரவேல் ஜனங்களின் முன்பாகவும், தேவனுக்கு முன்பாகவும், நான் கூறுகிறேன். தேவனாகிய கர்த்தருடைய கட்டளைகளுக்குக் கீழ்ப்படிவதில் கவனமாக இருங்கள்! அப்போது தான் இந்த நல்ல நிலம் உங்களுடையதாக இருக்கும். என்றென்றும் இதனை உங்கள் சந்ததிகளுக்கும் தர இயலும்.

எனவே, இப்பொழுது ஆண்டவரின் சபையாகிய இஸ்ரயேலர் எல்லாரின் கண் காண, நம் கடவுளின் செவி கேட்க, நான் கூறுவது; உங்கள் கடவுளாகிய ஆண்டவரின் விதிமுறைகள் அனைத்தையும் நாடிக் கடைப்பிடிப்பீர்களாக! அப்போது நீங்கள் இந்த நல்ல நாட்டை உடைமையாக்கிக் கொள்வீர்கள். உங்களுக்குப் பின் உங்கள் புதல்வர் அதை என்றென்றும் உரிமைச் சொத்தாக்கிக் கொள்வர்.⒫
