ஆதலால் ஒரு அவயவம் பாடுபட்டால் எல்லா அவயவங்களும் கூடப் பாடுபடும்; ஒரு அவயவம் மகிமைப்பட்டால் எல்லா அவயவங்களும் கூடச் சந்தோஷப்படும்.

ஆதலால் ஒரு உறுப்பு பாடுபட்டால் எல்லா உறுப்புகளும் அதோடுசேர்ந்து பாடுபடும்; ஒரு உறுப்பு மகிமைப்பட்டால் எல்லா உறுப்புகளும் அதோடுசேர்ந்து சந்தோஷப்படும்.

சரீரத்தின் உறுப்புகளில் ஏதேனும் ஒன்றிற்குத் தொல்லை நேர்ந்தாலும், மற்ற எல்லா உறுப்புக்களும் அதோடு துன்புறும். நம் சரீரத்தின் ஓர் உறுப்புக்குப் பெருமை நேர்ந்தாலும் பிற எல்லா உறுப்புகளும் அப்பெருமையில் பங்கு கொள்ளும்.
