எழுதியிருக்கிறபடி: தேவன் தம்மில் அன்புகூருகிறவர்களுக்கு ஆயத்தம்பண்ணினவைகளைக் கண் காணவுமில்லை, காதுகேட்கவுமில்லை, அவைகள் மனுஷனுடைய இருதயத்தில் தோன்றவுமில்லை;

எழுதியிருக்கிறபடி: தேவன் தம்மேல் அன்பு செலுத்துகிறவர்களுக்கு ஆயத்தம் செய்தவைகளைக் கண் காணவும் இல்லை, காது கேட்கவும் இல்லை, அவைகள் மனிதனுடைய இருதயத்தில் தோன்றவும் இல்லை;

ஆனால், “தேவன் தன்னை நேசிக்கும் மக்களுக்காகச் செய்த ஏற்பாட்டை எந்த கண்ணும் பார்க்கவில்லை. எந்தக் காதும் கேட்கவில்லை, எந்த மனிaதனும் எண்ணிப் பார்த்ததில்லை” என்று எழுதப்பட்டிருக்கிறது.

ஆனால், மறைநூலில் எழுதியுள்ளவாறு, ⁽“தம்மிடம் அன்பு␢ கொள்ளுகிறவர்களுக்கென்று␢ கடவுள் ஏற்பாடு செய்தவை␢ கண்ணுக்குப் புலப்படவில்லை;␢ செவிக்கு எட்டவில்லை;␢ மனித உள்ளமும் அதை அறியவில்லை.”⁾
