ராஜாவுக்குச் சமுத்திரத்திலே ஈராமின் கப்பல்களோடேகூடத் தர்ஷீசின் கப்பல்களும் இருந்தது; தர்ஷீசின் கப்பல்கள் மூன்று வருஷத்துக்கு ஒருதரம் பொன்னையும், வெள்ளியையும், யானைத்தந்தங்களையும், குரங்குகளையும், மயில்களையும் கொண்டுவரும்.

அரசனுக்கு வியாபாரத்தின்பொருட்டு வேறு தேசங்களுக்கு அனுப்பப்பட்ட பல தர்ஷீசின் கப்பல்களும் இருந்தன. இவையனைத்தும் ஈராமின் கப்பல்கள், மூன்று ஆண்டுக்கு ஒருமுறை அவை பொன், வெள்ளி, யானைத்தந்தம், விலங்குகள் போன்றவற்றை பல்வேறு நாடுகளில் இருந்து கொண்டுவரும்.

அரசரின்* வணிகக் கப்பல்கள்,ஈராமின் கப்பல்களோடு சென்று கடல் வாணிபம் செய்தன. வணிகக் கப்பல்கள் மூன்று ஆண்டுக்கு ஒருமுறை பொன், வெள்ளியையும் தந்தம், குரங்கு, மயில் ஆகியவற்றையும் கொண்டு வந்தன.⒫
