ஆதாத் பொல்லாப்புச் செய்ததுமல்லாமல், ரேசொன் சாலொமோனுடைய நாளெல்லாம் இஸ்ரவேலுக்கு விரோதியாகி, சீரியாவின்மேல் ராஜாவாயிருந்து, இஸ்ரவேலைப் பகைத்தான்.

அதோடு ஆராமையும் ஆண்டான். அவன் இஸ்ரவேலர்களை வெறுத்து, தொடர்ந்து அவர்களுக்குப் பகைவனாக சாலொமோன் காலம்வரை இருந்தான். ஆதாத்தும் ரேசானும் இஸ்ரவேலுக்கு தொந்தரவு கொடுக்க ஆரம்பித்தனர்.

சாலமோன் வாழ்நாள் முழுவதும் அவன் இஸ்ரயேலின் எதிரியாய் இருந்தான். அவன் சிரியாவை ஆண்டு கொண்டு, இஸ்ரயேலைப் பகைத்து அதாதைப் போல் தீங்கிழைத்து வந்தான்.
