தாவீது ஏத்தியனாகிய உரியாவின் சங்கதி ஒன்றுதவிர கர்த்தர் தனக்குக் கட்டளையிட்டதிலே தான் உயிரோடிருந்த நாளெல்லாம் ஒன்றையும் விட்டு விலகாமல், அவர் பார்வைக்குச் செம்மையானதைச் செய்துவந்தான்.

தாவீது ஏத்தியனான உரியாவின் காரியம் ஒன்றுதவிர கர்த்தர் தனக்குக் கட்டளையிட்டதிலே தான் உயிரோடு இருந்த நாட்களெல்லாம் ஒன்றையும் விட்டுவிலகாமல், அவருடைய பார்வைக்குச் செம்மையானதைச் செய்துவந்தான்.

கர்த்தருக்குப் பிடித்த சரியான காரியங்களை மட்டுமே எப்பொழுதும் தாவீது செய்துவந்தான். அவன் எப்பொழுதும் கர்த்தருடைய கட்டளைகளுக்குக் கீழ்ப்படிந்து நடந்தான். அவன் ஒரே ஒருமுறைமட்டும் கர்த்தருக்கு கீழ்ப்படியவில்லை. அது ஏத்தியனான உரியாவிற்கு செய்ததாகும்.

ஏனெனில், தாவீது ஆண்டவரின் திருமுன் நேர்மையுடன் நடந்து வந்தார். இத்தியனான உரியாவிடம் நடந்து கொண்ட முறையைத் தவிர, தம் வாழ்நாளெல்லாம் அவர் ஆண்டவரின் கட்டளைகளினின்று வழுவியதில்லை.
