ஒரு சூரைச்செடியின்கீழ்ப் படுத்துக்கொண்டு நித்திரைபண்ணினான்; அப்பொழுது ஒரு தூதன் அவனைத் தட்டியெழுப்பி: எழுந்திருந்து போஜனம் பண்ணு என்றான்.

பிறகு அவன் ஒரு மரத்தடியில் படுத்து தூங்கினான். ஒரு தேவதூதன் வந்து அவனைத் தொட்டான். “எழுந்திரு, சாப்பிடு!” என்றான்.

பின்னர், அச்சூரைச் செடியின் அடியில் அவர் படுத்துறங்கினார். அப்போது வானதூதர் அவரைத் தட்டி எழுப்பி, “எழுந்து சாப்பிடு” என்றார்.
