ராஜா தீர்த்த இந்த நியாயத்தை இஸ்ரவேலர் எல்லாரும் கேள்விப்பட்டு, நியாயம் விசாரிக்கிறதற்கு தேவன் அருளின ஞானம் ராஜாவுக்கு உண்டென்று கண்டு, அவனுக்குப் பயந்தார்கள்.

இஸ்ரவேல் ஜனங்கள் சாலொமோனின் முடி வைப்பற்றி கேள்விப்பட்டனர். அவனது அறிவுத் திறனைப் பாராட்டி அவனைப் பெரிதும் மதித்தனர். அவன் தேவனிடமிருந்து ஞானத்தைப் பெற்று சரியான முடிவுகளை எடுத்துள்ளான் என்று அறிந்தனர்.

அரசர் அளித்த தீர்ப்பைப் பற்றி இஸ்ரயேல் மக்கள் எல்லாரும் கேள்விப்பட்டனர். நீதித் தீர்ப்பு வழங்குவதற்கெனக் கடவுள் அருளிய ஞானம் அவரிடம் உள்ளது என்று கண்டு, அவருக்கு அஞ்சி நடந்தனர்.
