அப்பொழுது கர்த்தருடைய சந்நிதியிலிருந்து எடுக்கப்பட்ட சமுகத்தப்பங்களைத்தவிர, வேறே அப்பம் அங்கே இராதபடியினால் ஆசாரியன் அவனுக்குப் பரிசுத்த அப்பத்தைக் கொடுத்தான்; அவைகள் எடுக்கப்படுகிற நாளிலே அதற்குப் பதிலாகச் சூடான அப்பம் வைக்கப்படும்.

அப்பொழுது கர்த்தருடைய சந்நிதியிலிருந்து எடுக்கப்பட்ட சமூகத்தின் அப்பங்களைத்தவிர, வேறு அப்பம் அங்கே இல்லாததால் ஆசாரியன் அவனுக்குப் பரிசுத்த அப்பத்தை கொடுத்தான்; அவைகள் எடுக்கப்படுகிற நாளிலே அதற்குப் பதிலாகச் சூடான அப்பம் வைக்கப்படும்.

பரிசுத்த அப்பங்களைத் தவிர வேறு அப்பங்கள் இல்லாததால் ஆசாரியன் அவற்றை தாவீதுக்கு கொடுத்தான். அவை கர்த்தருக்கு முன்பு பரிசுத்தமான மேஜையின் மேல் வைக்கப்பட்டவை. ஒவ்வொரு நாளும் ஆசாரியர் புதிய அப்பங்களை வைப்பர்கள்.

ஆதலால், குரு தூய அப்பத்தை அவருக்கு அளித்தார்; ஏனெனில், ஆண்டவரின் திரு முன்னிலை அப்பத்தைத் தவிர வேறு அப்பம் அங்கு இல்லை.அது எடுக்கப்படும் நாளில் அதற்குப் பதிலாகச் சூடான அப்பம் அங்கு வைக்கப்படும்.⒫
