கர்த்தர் வந்து அங்கே நின்றார். அவர் முன்பு போலவே செய்தார். அவர், “சாமுவேலே, சாமுவேலே!” என்று அழைத்தார். சாமுவேலோ, “கர்த்தாவே பேசும், நான் உமது தாசன், நான் கவனித்துக் கேட்டுக்கொண்டிருக்கிறேன்” என்றான்.
