ஏனென்றால், உடற்பயிற்சி ஓரளவுதான் பயன் தரும். ஆனால், இறைப்பற்று எல்லா வகையிலும் பயன் தரும். இது இம்மையிலும் மறுமையிலும் நாம் வாழ்வு பெறுவோம் என்னும் வாக்குறுதியைக் கொண்டுள்ளது.
