அக்காலங்களிலே வெளியே போகிறவர்களுக்கும் உள்ளே வருகிறவர்களுக்கும் சமாதானம் இல்லை; தேசங்களின் குடிகளெல்லாருக்குள்ளும் மகா அமளி உண்டாயிருந்து,
