இதோ, ஆசாரியனாகிய அமரியா கர்த்தருக்கடுத்த எல்லா நியாயத்திலும், இஸ்மவேலின் குமாரனாகிய செபதியா என்னும் யூதா வம்சத்தின் தலைவன் ராஜாவுக்கடுத்த எல்லா நியாயத்திலும் உங்களுக்கு மேலான நியாயாதிபதிகள்; லேவியரும் உங்கள் கைக்குள் உத்தியோகஸ்தராயிருக்கிறார்கள்; நீங்கள் திடமனதாயிருந்து காரியங்களை நடத்துங்கள், உத்தமனுக்குக் கர்த்தர் துணை என்றான்.

இதோ, ஆசாரியனாகிய அமரியா, கர்த்தருக்குரிய எல்லா நியாயத்திலும், இஸ்மவேலின் மகனாகிய செபதியா என்னும் யூதா வம்சத்தின் தலைவன் ராஜாவுக்குரிய எல்லா நியாயத்திலும் உங்களுக்கு மேலான நியாயாதிபதிகள்; லேவியர்களும் உங்களுக்கு முன்பாக அதிகாரிகளாக இருந்து உங்களுக்கு உதவி செய்வார்கள்; நீங்கள் திடமனதாயிருந்து காரியங்களை நடத்துங்கள், உத்தமனுக்குக் கர்த்தர் துணை என்றான்.

“அமரியா தலைமை ஆசாரியன். கர்த்தரைப் பற்றிய காரியங்களில் அவன் உங்களுக்கு மேலாக இருப்பான். அரசனைப் பற்றிய விவகாரங்களில் செபதியா உங்களுக்கு உயர்ந்தவனாக இருப்பான். செபதியாவின் தந்தையின் பெயர் இஸ்மவேல். செபதியா யூதா கோத்திரத்தின் தலைவனாக இருக்கிறான். லேவியர்கள் உங்களுக்கு எழுத்தாளர்களாக சேவை செய்வார்கள். நீங்கள் செய்யும் அனைத்து செயல்களிலும் உறுதியாக இருங்கள். சரியானவற்றைச் செய்கின்ற ஜனங்களோடு கர்த்தர் துணை இருப்பாராக” என்றான்.

ஆண்டவருக்கடுத்த எல்லா வழக்குகளிலும் தலைமைக் குரு அமரியாவும், அரசனுக்கடுத்த எல்லாக் காரியத்திலும் இஸ்மவேலின் மகனும் யூதா மரபின் ஆளுநனுமான செபதியாவும் தலைமை வகிப்பார்கள். லேவியர் உங்கள் அலுவலராய் இருப்பர். மன உறுதியுடன் செயல்படுங்கள்; நல்லவரோடு ஆண்டவர் என்றும் இருப்பார்.”
