பின்பு கர்த்தர் அவர்களை அவர்கள் சத்துருக்கள்பேரில் களிகூரச் செய்தபடியால் யூதா மனுஷர் யாவரும் எருசலேம் ஜனங்களும், அவர்களுக்கு முன்னாலே யோசபாத்தும் மகிழ்ச்சியோடே எருசலேமுக்குத் திரும்பினார்கள்.

பிறகு யோசபாத் யூதா மற்றும் எருசலேம் ஜனங்களை எருசலேமிற்குத் திரும்ப அழைத்துக் கொண்டு போனான். அவர்களின் பகைவர்கள் அழிக்கப்பட்டதால் அவர்களைக் கர்த்தர் மிகவும் மகிழ்ச்சியோடு வைத்தார்.
