அதன்பின்பு இஸ்ரவேலின் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தருக்குப் பஸ்காவை ஆசரிக்கும்படி எருசலேமில் இருக்கிற கர்த்தருடைய ஆலயத்திற்கு வாருங்கள் என்று எசேக்கியா இஸ்ரவேல் யூதா எங்கும் ஆட்களை அனுப்பினதும் அன்றி, எப்பிராயீம் மனாசே கோத்திரங்களுக்கும் நிருபங்களை எழுதியனுப்பினான்.

இஸ்ரவேல் மற்றும் யூதா ஜனங்களுக்கு எசேக்கியா அரசன் செய்திகளை அனுப்பினான். அவன் எப்பிராயீம் மற்றும் மனாசேயின் ஜனங்களுக்கும் கடிதம் எழுதினான். எருசலேமில் உள்ள கர்த்தருடைய ஆலயத்திற்கு ஜனங்கள் அனைவரையும் எசேக்கியா அழைத்தான். அவன் எல்லா ஜனங்களையும் வந்திருந்து இஸ்ரவேலின் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தருக்குப் பஸ்கா பண்டிகையைக் கொண்டாட அழைத்தான்.
