அக்காலத்தில் சீரியாவின் ராஜாவாகிய ரேத்சீன் ஏலாத்தைத் திரும்பச் சீரியாவோடே சேர்த்துக்கொண்டு, யூதரை ஏலாத்திலிருந்து துரத்தினான்; சீரியர் ஏலாத்திற்கு வந்து இந்நாள் வரைக்கும் அவ்விடத்திலே குடியாயிருக்கிறார்கள்.
