அவன் கர்த்தரை விட்டுப் பின்வாங்காமல் அவரைச் சார்ந்திருந்து, கர்த்தர் மோசேக்குக் கற்பித்த அவருடைய கற்பனைகளைக் கைக்கொண்டு நடந்தான்.

எசேக்கியா கர்த்தருக்கு மிகவும் நம்பிக்கை உள்ளவனாக இருந்தான். இவன் கர்த்தரைப் பின்பற்றுவதை விடவில்லை. மோசேக்குக் கர்த்தர் கொடுத்த கட்டளைகளுக்கும் அவன் கீழ்ப்படிந்து வந்தான்.
