ஒருவனும் மோளேகுக்கென்று தன் குமாரனையாகிலும் தன் குமாரத்தியையாகிலும் தீக்கடக்கப்பண்ணாதபடிக்கு, இன்னோம் புத்திரரின் பள்ளத்தாக்கிலிருக்கிற தோப்பேத் என்னும் ஸ்தலத்தையும் அவன் தீட்டாக்கி,

தோப்பேத் இன்னோமின் மகனது பள்ளத்தாக்கிலுள்ள ஒரு இடம். அங்கே ஜனங்கள் தம் பிள்ளைகளைக் கொன்று பலிபீடத்தில் எரித்து மோளேகு என்ற பொய்த்தெய்வத்தை மகிமைப் படுத்தி வந்தனர். அரசன் இந்த இடத்தையும் ஜனங்கள் மீண்டும் பயன்படுத்த முடியாதபடி அழித்துப்போட்டான்.

மேலும், மோலெக்கு சிலைக்கு எவனும் தன் மகனையோ மகளையோ பலியாக்காதவாறு, பென்இன்னோம் பள்ளத்தாக்கிலிருக்கும் தொப்பேத்தையும் மாசுபடுத்தினார்.
