ஒரு காரியத்தையே கர்த்தர் உமது அடியேனுக்கு மன்னிப்பாராக; என் ஆண்டவன் பணிந்துகொள்ள நிம்மோன் கோவிலுக்குள் பிரவேசிக்கும்போது, நான் அவருக்குக் கைலாகு கொடுத்து நிம்மோன் கோவிலிலே பணியவேண்டியதாகும்; இப்படி ரிம்மோன் கோவிலில் நான் பணிய வேண்டிய இந்தக் காரியத்தைக் கர்த்தர் உமது அடியேனுக்கு மன்னிப்பாராக என்றான்.

ஒரு காரியத்தையே கர்த்தர் உமது அடியேனுக்கு மன்னிப்பாராக; என் எஜமான் பணிந்துகொள்ள ரிம்மோன் கோவிலுக்குள் பிரவேசிக்கும்போது, நான் அவருக்கு உதவி செய்து ரிம்மோன் கோவிலிலே பணியவேண்டியதாயிருக்கும்; இப்படி ரிம்மோன் கோவிலில் நான் பணியவேண்டிய இந்தக் காரியத்தைக் கர்த்தர் உமது அடியேனுக்கு மன்னிப்பாராக என்றான்.

என் எஜமான் (அரசன்) போலித் தெய்வமான ரிம்மோனின் ஆலயத்திற்குள் போய் தொழுகைச் செய்யும்போது நானும் அவனோடு போகவேண்டியதிருக்கும். என் மீது சாய்ந்துக்கொள்ள அரசன் விரும்புவான். எனவே அந்த ரிம்மோனின் ஆலயத்திற்குள் வணங்கிக் குனியவேண்டியதிருக்கும் அதற்காக இப்போதே கர்த்தரிடம் மன்னிப்பு கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன்” என்றான்.

ஆயினும், ஒரு காரியத்திற்காக உம் அடியானாகிய என்னை ஆண்டவர் மன்னிப்பாராக! என் தலைவன் வழிபடுவதற்காக ரிம்மோன் கோவிலுக்குச் சென்று என் கையில் சாய்ந்து கொண்டு அதனை வணங்குகையில் நானும் அங்குத்தலை வணங்க நேரிட்டால், உம் அடியானாகிய என்னை அச்செயலுக்காக ஆண்டவர் மன்னிப்பாராக!” என்றார்.
