அந்த ஸ்திரீயின் வார்த்தைகளை ராஜா கேட்டவுடனே, அலங்கத்தின்மேல் நடந்துபோகிற அவன் தன் வஸ்திரங்களைக் கிழித்துக்கொண்டான்; அவன் உள்ளே தன் சரீரத்தின்மேல் இரட்டு உடுத்தியிருக்கிறதை ஜனங்கள் கண்டார்கள்.

அந்தப் பெண்ணின் வார்த்தைகளை ராஜா கேட்டவுடனே, மதிலின்மேல் நடந்துபோகிற அவன் தன் உடைகளைக் கிழித்துக்கொண்டான்; அவன் உள்ளே சணல் ஆடையை அணிந்திருக்கிறதை மக்கள் கண்டார்கள்.

அரசன் அந்த பெண்ணின் வார்த்தைகளைக் கேட்டதும், தன் துக்கத்தை வெளிப்படுத்தும் பொருட்டு தன் ஆடைகளைக் கிழித்துக்கொண்டான். அரசன் சுவர் வழியாகச் செல்லும்பொழுது, அரசன் தனது உடைகளுக்கடியில் சாக்குத்துணியை அணிந்திருந்ததை ஜனங்கள் பார்த்தார்கள். அது அரசன் துக்கமாயிருப்பதைக் காண்பித்தது.

அரசன் இவ்வார்த்தைகளைக் கேட்டவுடன், தன் ஆடைகளைக் கிழித்துக் கொண்டான். அவன், நகர மதில் வழியாக நடந்து செல்கையில், தன் உடலின்மேல் கோணியாடை அணிந்திருந்ததை மக்கள் கண்டனர்.
