சீரியாவின் ராஜாவாகிய பெனாதாத் வியாதியாயிருந்தான்; எலிசா தமஸ்குவுக்கு வந்தான்; தேவனுடைய மனுஷன் இவ்விடத்தில் வந்திருக்கிறான் என்று அவனுக்கு அறிவிக்கப்பட்டபோது,

எலிசா தமஸ்கு நகருக்கு வந்தபோது சிரியாவின் மன்னன் பெனதாது நோயுற்றிருந்தான். ‘கடவுளின் அடியவர் இங்கு வந்திருக்கிறார்’ என்று அவனுக்குத் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டது.
