கேருபீன்களின் நடுவே வாசமாயிருக்கிற சேனைகளுடைய கர்த்தரின் நாமம் தொழுதுகொள்ளப்படுகிற தேவனுடைய பெட்டியைப் பாலையூதாவிலிருந்து கொண்டுவரும்படி, அவனும் அவனோடிருந்த அந்த ஸ்தலத்தாரும் எழுந்துபோய்,

கேருபீன்களின் நடுவே அமர்ந்திருக்கிற சேனைகளுடைய கர்த்தரின் நாமத்தைத் தொழுதுகொள்ளப்படுகிற தேவனுடைய பெட்டியை யூதாவிலுள்ள பாலாவிலிருந்து கொண்டுவரும்படி, அவனும் அவனோடு இருந்த அந்த இடத்தைச்சேர்ந்தவர்களும் எழுந்து போய்,

தாவீதும் அவனது ஆட்களும் யூதாவிலுள்ள பாலாவிற்குச் சென்றனர். அவர்கள் தேவனுடைய பரிசுத்தப் பெட்டியை எருசலேமுக்குக் கொண்டு வந்தனர். கர்த்தரைத் தொழுதுகொள்ளும்படி ஜனங்கள் பரிசுத்தப் பெட்டியருகே வருவார்கள். பரிசுத்தப் பெட்டியானது கர்த்தருடைய சிங்காசனமாக இருந்தது. கேருபீன்களின் உருவங்கள் பரிசுத்தப் பெட்டியின் மேலே இருந்தன. கேருபீன்கள் மேல் கர்த்தர் ராஜாவாக வீற்றிருக்கிறார்.

திருவிவிலியம்
தாவீதும் அவரோடு இருந்த மக்கள் அனைவரும் கடவுளின் பேழையைக் கொண்டுவர, பாலை யூதாவுக்குச் சென்றனர். இது கெருபுகளின்மீது வீற்றிருக்கும் படைகளின் ஆண்டவர் பெயரால் அழைக்கப்படுகிறது.

கேருபீன்களின் நடுவே வாசமாயிருக்கிற சேனைகளுடைய கர்த்தரின் நாமம் தொழுதுகொள்ளப்படுகிற தேவனுடைய பெட்டியைப் பாலையூதாவிலிருந்து கொண்டுவரும்படி, அவனும் அவனோடிருந்த அந்த ஸ்தலத்தாரும் எழுந்துபோய்,
