ஆதலால் கர்த்தராகிய இயேசுகிறிஸ்துவை விசுவாசித்திருக்கிற நமக்கு தேவன் வரத்தை அநுக்கிரகம்பண்ணினதுபோல அவர்களுக்கும் அந்த வரத்தையே அநுக்கிரம்பண்ணியிருக்கும்போது தேவனைத் தடுக்கிறதற்கு நான் எம்மாத்திரம் என்றான்.

எனவே கர்த்தராகிய இயேசுகிறிஸ்துவை விசுவாசித்திருக்கிற நமக்கு தேவன் வரத்தை கொடுத்ததுபோல அவர்களுக்கும் அந்த வரத்தையே கொடுத்திருக்கும்போது தேவனைத் தடுக்கிறதற்கு நான் யார்? என்றான்.

கர்த்தராகிய இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவில் நாம் நம்பிக்கை வைத்ததால் நமக்குக் கொடுக்கப்பட்ட அதே வரத்தை இந்த மக்களுக்கும் தேவன் கொடுத்தார். ஆகையால் நான் தேவனுடைய செயலைத் தடுக்கமுடிந்ததா? முடியவில்லை!” என்றான்.
