இப்படி அநேகநாள் செய்துகொண்டுவந்தாள். பவுல் சினங்கொண்டு, திரும்பிப்பார்த்து: நீ இவளை விட்டுப்புறப்படும்படி இயேசுகிறிஸ்துவின் நாமத்தினாலே உனக்குக் கட்டளையிடுகிறேன் என்று அந்த ஆவியுடனே சொன்னான்; அந்நேரமே அது புறப்பட்டுப்போயிற்று.

அவள் பல நாட்கள் இப்படியே செய்துவந்தாள். பவுல் கோபமடைந்து, திரும்பிப்பார்த்து: நீ இவளைவிட்டு வெளியே போ என்று இயேசுகிறிஸ்துவின் நாமத்தினாலே உனக்குக் கட்டளைக் கொடுக்கிறேன் என்று அந்த ஆவியுடனே சொன்னான்; அப்பொழுதே அந்த ஆவி அவளைவிட்டு வெளியேபோனது.

அவள் இதையே பல நாட்கள் தொடர்ந்து செய்து வந்தாள். மேலும் அதைப் பொறுக்கமுடியாத பவுல் அந்த ஆவியைப் பார்த்து, “இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவின் வல்லமையால் அவளிடமிருந்து வெளியே வருமாறு உனக்குக் கட்டளையிடுகிறேன்!” என்றான். உடனே ஆவி வெளியேறிற்று.

பல நாள்கள் அவர் அவ்வாறு செய்து வந்தார். பவுல் எரிச்சல் கொண்டு அவர் பக்கம் திரும்பி, “நீ இவரைவிட்டுப் போகுமாறு இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவின் பெயரால் உனக்குக் கட்டளையிடுகிறேன்” என்று அந்த ஆவியிடம் கூறினார். அந்நேரமே அது அவரைவிட்டுச் சென்று விட்டது.
