பிதாவினிடத்திலிருந்து நான் உங்களுக்கு அனுப்பப்போகிறவரும், பிதாவினிடத்திலிருந்து புறப்படுகிறவருமாகிய சத்திய ஆவியான தேற்றரவாளன் வரும்போது, அவர் என்னைக்குறித்துச் சாட்சிகொடுப்பார்.

அவர்களெல்லாரும் பரிசுத்த ஆவியினாலே நிரப்பப்பட்டு, ஆவியானவர் தங்களுக்குத் தந்தருளின வரத்தின்படியே வெவ்வேறு பாஷைகளிலே பேசத்தொடங்கினார்கள்.

முதலாவது கர்த்தர் மூலமாய் அறிவிக்கப்பட்டு, பின்பு அவரிடத்தில் கேட்டவர்களாலே நமக்கு உறுதியாக்கப்பட்டதும்,

தம்மை விசுவாசிக்கிறவர்கள் அடையப்போகிற ஆவியைக்குறித்து இப்படிச்சொன்னார். இயேசு இன்னும் மகிமைப்படாதிருந்தபடியினால் பரிசுத்த ஆவி இன்னும் அருளப்படவில்லை.

நான் உங்களுக்கு உண்மையைச் சொல்லுகிறேன்; நான் போகிறது உங்களுக்குப் பிரயோஜனமாயிருக்கும்; நான் போகாதிருந்தால், தேற்றரவாளன் உங்களிடத்தில் வரார்; நான் போவேனேயாகில் அவரை உங்களிடத்திற்கு அனுப்புவேன்.
