ரப்பாவின் மதிலுக்குள் தீக்கொளுத்துவேன்; அது யுத்தநாளின் முழக்கமாகவும், பெருங்காற்றின் புசலாகவும் அதின் அரமனைகளைப் பட்சிக்கும்.

எனவே நான் ரப்பாவின் மதிலில் நெருப்பைப் பற்றவைப்பேன். அந்நெருப்பு ரப்பாவின் உயர்ந்த கோபுரங்களை எரித்து அழிக்கும். அவர்களின் நாட்டிற்குள் துன்பமானது சுழல்காற்றைப்போன்று வரும்.

⁽ஆதலால், இராபாவின் கோட்டை␢ மதில்கள்மேல்␢ நெருப்பைக் கொட்டுவேன்.␢ அது அச்சுவர்களை விழுங்கி விடும்;␢ அப்பொழுது, போர்க்காலத்தின்␢ பேரிரைச்சலும், சூறாவளி நாளின்␢ கடும் புயலும் இருக்கும்.⁾
