உயிரோடிருக்கிற எல்லாரைப்பார்க்கிலும் எனக்கு அதிக ஞானம் உண்டென்பதினாலே அல்ல; அர்த்தம் ராஜாவுக்குத் தெரியவரவும், உம்முடைய இருதயத்தின் நினைவுகளை நீர் அறியவும், இந்த மறைபொருள் எனக்கு வெளியாக்கப்பட்டது.

உயிரோடிருக்கிற எல்லோரைப்பார்க்கிலும் எனக்கு அதிக ஞானம் உண்டென்பதினாலே அல்ல; அர்த்தம் ராஜாவிற்குத் தெரியவரவும், உம்முடைய இருதயத்தின் நினைவுகளை நீர் அறியவும், இந்த மறைபொருள் எனக்கு வெளியாக்கப்பட்டது.

தேவன் என்னிடம் இந்த இரகசியத்தைச் சொன்னார். ஏன்? நான் மற்றவர்களைவிட ஞானம் கொண்டவன் என்பதற்காக அல்ல. அரசரான நீர் அந்த கனவின் பொருளை அறிந்துகொள்ள வேண்டும் என்பதற்காக தேவன் என்னிடம் சொன்னார். அதே வழியில், உம் மனதில் ஓடிய நினைவுகளையும் நீர் புரிந்துகொள்வீர்.

திருவிவிலியம்
ஆனால் என்னைப் பொறுத்தமட்டில் மற்றெல்லா உயிர்களையும்விட நான் ஞானம் மிக்கவன் என்பதால் எனக்கு வெளிப்படுத்தப்படவில்லை. ஆனால் அரசருக்கு அதன் உட்பொருளைத் தெரிவிக்கவும் உமது இதயத்தின் நினைவுகளை நீர் அறிந்துகொள்ளவும் அவை எனக்கு வெளிப்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளன.⒫
