நாலாவது ராஜ்யம் இரும்பைப்போல உரமாயிருக்கும்; இரும்பு எல்லாவற்றையும் எப்படி நொறுக்கிச் சின்னபின்னமாக்குகிறதோ, அப்படியே இது நொறுக்கிப்போடுகிற இரும்பைபோல அவைகளையெல்லாம் நொறுக்கித் தகர்த்துப்போடும்.
