ராஜ்யம் முழுவதையும் ஆளும்படிக்குத் தன் ராஜ்யத்தின்மேல் நூற்றிருபது தேசாதிபதிகளையும்,

மேதியனாகிய தாரியு என்பவன் தன் அறுபத்திரண்டாம் வயதில் அரசை ஏற்றுக் கொண்டான். தன் நாடு முழுவதும் வரி வசூலிப்பதற்கென்று நூற்றிருபது தண்டல்காரரைத் தாரியு நியமித்தான்.
