இப்போதும் உமது ஜனத்தைப் பலத்த கையினால் எகிப்துதேசத்திலிருந்து புறப்படப்பண்ணி, இந்நாள்வரைக்கும் இருக்கிறபடி, உமக்கு கீர்த்தியை உண்டாக்கின எங்கள் தேவனாகிய ஆண்டவரே, நாங்கள் பாவஞ்செய்து, துன்மார்க்கராய் நடந்தோம்.

இப்போதும் உமது மக்களைப் பலத்த கையினால் எகிப்துதேசத்திலிருந்து புறப்படச்செய்து, இந்நாள்வரைக்கும் இருக்கிறபடி, உமக்குப் புகழை உண்டாக்கின எங்கள் தேவனாகிய ஆண்டவரே, நாங்கள் பாவஞ்செய்து, துன்மார்க்கர்களாக நடந்தோம்.

“கர்த்தாவே, எங்கள் தேவனே, உமது வல்லமையைப் பயன்படுத்தி எங்களை எகிப்திலிருந்து வெளியே கொண்டுவந்தீர். நாங்கள் உமது ஜனங்கள். இதன் மூலம் இன்றும் நீர் புகழ்பெற்று விளங்குகிறீர். கர்த்தாவே நாங்கள் பாவம் செய்திருக்கிறோம். நாங்கள் பயங்கரமானவற்றைச் செய்திருக்கிறோம்.

அப்படியிருக்க, எங்கள் தலைவராகிய கடவுளே! உம் மக்களை நீர் மிகுந்த ஆற்றலோடு எகிப்து நாட்டிலிருந்து மீட்டு, இன்றுவரை உமது பெயருக்குப் புகழ் தேடிக்கொண்டீர். நாங்களோ பாவம் செய்தோம், பொல்லாதன புரிந்தோம்.
